Mysql Tidak bisa di running

saat di restart tiba tiba Mysql saya tidak bisa dirunning, dan sudah saya coba gk bisa juga

Jika memang sudah tidak bisa, bagaimana cara agar saya instal ulang tampa menghilangkan database dan htdoc nya
